Masterclass: Winning Business Strategies in Difficult Times
How market-focused is your business strategy?
And how do you use it?
½ day seminar - presented in cooperation with Nykredit
Masterclass: Winning Business Strategies in Difficult Times
Is the strategy of your company a "living tool" that you and your team refer to regularly or is it a document done once a year then consigned to a shelf?
Companies today are suffering increasing pressures of commoditisation within B2C and B2B markets. What made them successful in the first instance is now under threat by ease of duplication of products and services. Having a functioning capability to develop commercially aware customer-facing organisation that add value, now clearly has to be part of any business strategy.
The aim of this masterclass is to allow you to reflect and take a critical look at your existing business strategies and challenge them while participating with others to share learnings and experiences.
