Biography

Robin Linnecar is an Executive Coach for Praesta, an organization that coaches individuals, executive teams, and boards in leadership.

Robin qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and after two years embarked on a personnel career with Shell Research (UK), Shell Sarawak (Malaysia) and Shell Expro (UK). Over a ten-year period, this provided experience in line management, training, succession planning, resourcing, organization and management development, employee relations and strategic HR, and government policy.

Mr. Linnecar was HR Partner in Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) for six years and then via Coopers/ Deloitte and KPMG ran a senior executive career consultancy and mentoring practice for six years. He also wrote a weekly column in the London Evening Standard in 1994-95. Mr. Linnecar joined The Change Partnership in 1996, two years after it started up and helped grow the business to 65 coaches both in the UK and internationally.
