Part One of the Certificate: Strategy
The strategic business analysis is a necessity for successful strategies, and all managers can benefit from this programme equipping them with the terminologies, tools and models needed to conduct strategic business analysis. Upon completing the course delegates will be skilled in developing and choosing strategies taking into account the dynamics of the business environment and internal competencies delivering winning strategies.
Part Two of the Certificate: Change Management
You will also have improved your managerial skills in change management empowering you to deal with resistance to change and implement projects successfully. You will have an improved understanding of the causalities and processes in changing organisations and can display the required leadership.

In addition, he has extensive experience of working with the automotive, apparel, IT, biotech and food sector. He is the author of "Total Strategy".
