Henley Partnerships

Push back the boundaries of learning
The Henley Partnership is a unique and proven best practice business network for senior managers to update and enhance their current thinking.

An annual membership fee provides access to a superb Programme of Events, which complement the building of organisational capability.

There are enormous benefits from collaborating with other Members through shared learning opportunities, not least the opportunity to benchmark and perhaps most importantly, to learn from the very best.

Our aim is to help senior managers develop management strategies and business solutions that help them face up to key dilemmas and make the right choices to solve business challenges.

Who is it for?
The Henley Partnership is aimed at organisational level. So, within your organisation, participation in the Henley Partnership Programme can be offered to an appropriate group of individuals who will derive most benefit from it. These are likely to be:

The CEO/MD and Board Members

Heads of businesses, functions or large teams

Your selected talent pipeline

Other staff in, or potentially in, leadership roles

Why Participate
?

To get an understanding of current 'hot topics'

To develop your skill base

To broaden thinking from experiences of other business sectors

To build your own business network

To help solve business issues
