Programme structure
At Henley you won't study a series of seemingly unrelated disciplines but three completely integrated stages, representing major business challenges, that build towards your final MBA qualification and cover business management from every practical and theoretical angle, giving you powerful tools and decision-making techniques for your career.
MBA structure and core modules
The MBA programme is structured in 3 equal stages, each stage building cumulatively towards the MBA.
Personal Development is both an integral element in each subject module and a topic in its own right. By working with subject tutors, personal tutors and others in the intake, you will be able to reflect on your own development needs and receive feedback in an assessed review and plan at each stage.
Henley offers flexibility; if your personal circumstances change, you are allowed to take breaks (up to five years) between the different stages of the MBA.
